We really liked the suite with a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities, and the spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

The room was exceptionally clean, outstanding, and spacious, with two queen-size beds and two sofa beds.

The atmosphere at Hotel 21 was incredible, with a vintage industrial chic design that gave off Gatsby vibes. The staff made me feel like I was a guest at someone's expansive home. The location was central and the room had a great view of the monument. The manager was helpful and resolved any issues promptly. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious feel. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and excellent service.

Liked the hotel design's glitz and glam- the room felt spacious and luxurious. The friendly staff made it easy to feel comfortable and at home. The convenient location had a great view of a local monument, making sightseeing enjoyable for tourists.

Disliked the lack of attention to detail in regards to housekeeping. Bed sheets needed to be requested multiple times, and towels were limited.

The staff here go above and beyond to help out. They've got a nice selection of breakfast options. 🍳

Spending Xmas at this hotel was fantastic! The design of the rooms was chic and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were luxurious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was located in a central place which made it easy to access different parts of the city, and we enjoyed the scenic views from our window. We appreciated that there was no disturbance from noise, making it very peaceful for our stay.

Although it was a great experience, we were let down by a few things. We had to ask for bed sheets multiple times and, in the end, had to change them ourselves.

This hotel is beyond luxurious with its vintage industrial chic design and exclusive amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, boasting a high shower head and lavish bathroom. The friendly and personal staff made me feel like a treasured guest, rather than a hotel patron. I appreciated the mountain view from my odd-numbered room, adding to the already awe-inspiring atmosphere. I could picture myself having my dream wedding reception here, and my 13-year-old son even wanted to move in permanently.

There was one minor issue during my stay. The linen in the sofabed was not prepared or changed from the previous guest.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The staff was genuinely attentive and made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch from the vintage industrial chic decor to the spacious and comfortable rooms. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, and the fact that it was located in a quiet area while still being centrally located. Additionally, we were impressed by the mountain view from our room and the various transportation options available nearby.

This hotel had a central location that allowed guests to easily explore the city. The spacious rooms had comfortable beds, great views of the monument and high shower heads in the bathrooms. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel's vintage industrial chic design, combined with excellent service, created a welcoming atmosphere.

One staff member had an unfriendly attitude and did not provide appropriate customer service.
